If you are not satisfied with your item(s), we will be happy to offer you store credit once the product has been returned to our office. Unfortunately we are not able to do exchanges on graphic tees as all items are made to order.
Our return policy is for STORE CREDIT only.
Please use our Contact Us page to let us know which item(s) you are returning. Please be sure to include the order number, your name, and the best email contact information. The following criteria must be met in order to qualify for store credit:
- All items must be returned in their original unworn, unwashed, un-altered, etc condition.
- You must notify us of your intentions to return or exchange an item(s) within 7 days of receipt.
- All items must be returned and received at our location within 20 days from original receipt.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item you MUST notify us of it within 5 days of receipt.
Once we receive your returned item(s) they will be processed within 5-7 business days, after which you will be emailed an electronic gift card for the amount of your original purchase price (excluding shipping charges). You will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the delivery and return of any item(s).

Our processing time is 5-7 business days and standard shipping time is 7-14 business days (this is an estimate and times may vary due to unforeseen delays with the carrier)
Please note that labels are printed early due to volume and the processing time is started there after. Delivery confirmation will be emailed once item(s) has shipped.
If there are any changes that need to be made to the shipping address after order has been submitted, it is your responsibility to contact us before the item has shipped and provide the correct information. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier and/or marked as delivered by the carrier.
